Q: What payment method do you accept?

A: We accept Paypal and credit card payment through Paypal. The credit card types we accept are Visa, Master, American Express and Discover. When paying with credit card, click on the continue link on top of credit card logos in Paypal check out page. No registration with Paypal is needed.

Q: What is Paypal? How do I use it?

A: Paypal is a very popular way to do business on the Internet. The reason being that the only people who will have your credit card or bank account information is Paypal. With PayPal, you can send money to anyone with an email address by simply signing up at PayPal. To pay using PayPal simply select Pay using PayPal in the payment method of the checkout screen after completing your shipping information. When you continue you will be prompted to login to your PayPal account, verify the order, send the payment then finish the checkout process. Your order will be processed once we are notified that your payment has cleared.

Q: Is there any sales tax?

A: No. All listed prices on our website include sales tax already.

Q: How do I get free shipping?

A: We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 for US and Canada customers.

Q: Do you have a printed catalog?

A: Because we are constantly updating our inventory, a printed catalog would be out of date the day we printed it. For this reason, we do not produce a printed catalog.

Q: Do you have a physical store?

A: No. In order to offer you the best price by minimizing the operation cost, we only have an online store.

Q: You sell bulk chains by foot. Do I get a continuous spool of chain if I order more than 1 foot?

A: Yes, you will get a continuous spool of chains. If you have special request, please mention it in your order comments.
